Booking your first Counselling session does not mean you commit to further therapy. 
If I am not the right counsellor for you I can help you find an alternative therapist.

Life coaching, Face to face and online Wellbeing check- in sessions from £50 per person. 

Group and individual meditation sessions are available

Corporate / group workshops and events can be tailed to meet specfic requirements.
