I am an experienced Integrative Counsellor and Supervisor working from a private practice in Lombard Court in the City of London and from Howe Street, Chelmsford, Essex.

I work with both adults and young people, offering short and long term therapy. I offer a warm, supportive, non-judgemental environment. A space where you can feel safe to talk about your thoughts, feelings, fears and concerns confidentially.

My role as a therapist is to work with you to help you understand and clarify what it is that is troubling you and to help you find ways to work through your issues, enhancing your self awareness and resilience as you work towards a healthy, positive outcome.

Integrative Clinical Supervision

I provide bespoke clinical supervision to support therapists who want to deepen their practice and work in an ethical, effective and legal framework. I will support you and help you to reflect on your own practice,  to consider your own self care, explore any boundaries issues and provide insight and ways to  advance your personal / professional development and growth.

I offer a minimum of an hour and half clinical supervision each month either face to face or via zoom.
