I provide individual counselling sessions, couples therapy, group sessions and events

Working with Couples

Couples therapy can help couples who are struggling by finding ways to improve communication, resolve conflicts and disagreements.  My sessions provide a safe environment where you can both be heard and respected. Expectations, fears, feelings, thoughts and concerns on relationship issues can be explored.

Working with groups

Groups sessions provide a support network and the opportunity to meet other people who are experiencing similar situations. As a therapist I work with the group to provide a safe environment where individuals can explore their experiences, interact, and work towards understanding themselves better.
